Steve Sundram

Steve Sundram is an internationally renowned artist whose paintings grace the walls of museums, galleries, and celebrities' homes the world over.
In 1990 Sundram moved from Australia to Hawaii where his fascination with the marine mythology of early civilizations began to manifest in paintings of dolphins and mermaids. In 1994 this series was selected for display at Tokyo's prestigious Seibu Gallery and used as imagery in a television documentary on dolphins by the world's leading dolphin researcher.
Commissions include illustrating Hawaii's top-selling children's book in 1996, as well as Maui's acclaimed theatrical production, Ulalena.
Sundram’s current series “Myths of the Seven Seas,” explores the captivating era of tall ships, pirates, ocean myths and legends. The artwork has been accepted and is now on display at one of California’s finest museums, the Dana Point Oceanic Museum.
All images are available as 18x24, 24x36, 30x40, or 36x48 inch giclees.
